  Ensure the furniture or decor is in its original, unused condition and securely repacked in the original manufacturer's packaging.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is authorized, our white-glove logistics partners will contact you to coordinate a convenient time for professional item collection.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
